A jury convicted Steve Jakarta Branch of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in an amount less than twenty-eight grams. The trial court assessed punishment, enhanced by a prior felony conviction, at thirty years confinement and a $600 fine. In three points of error, Branch complains that: (1) the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction; (2) the trial court erred in failing to consider the full range of punishment; and (3) the trial court erred in considering the law of parole in assessing punishment. We overrule the points of error and affirm the trial courts judgment.
